Data we collect
The RFQ form collects the MPN, manufacturer, quantity, acceptable condition, delivery country, company, contact name, email and message you provide. Required RFQ fields are necessary to process the enquiry; without them, the RFQ cannot be processed. A one-way shortened hash derived from the request IP is stored for abuse prevention; the plain IP is not stored in the RFQ record.
Why we process it
We use RFQ data to assess the request, source components, prepare a quotation, communicate with the requesting company and protect the service from spam or misuse. Processing is based on steps taken at your request before a possible contract and our legitimate interests in B2B communication and service security.
Recipients and transfers
Data is handled by the infrastructure and email-delivery providers needed to operate the RFQ service. Access is limited to what is necessary. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, appropriate transfer safeguards are used where required.
Retention
RFQ data is kept only while needed to handle the enquiry, maintain relevant business records, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. Abuse-prevention records expire by their configured rate-limit window or are removed when no longer required.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics libraries. The public RFQ flow does not require a user account or authentication cookie.
